Appointed as CEO of Telin USA based on BOD Meeting on 2014.
He was awarded Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telkom, Bandung, Indonesia.
And Master Degree in Digital Signal Processing from Northeastern University, Boston, USA.
Previously served as Vice President of Voice Sales – Telin.
Senior Account Manager of Data Services – Telin.
Senior Account Manager Global – Telkom Indonesia.
He has been employed by Telkom Group since 1999. Prior to his transfer to Telin USA, he was responsible for directing the partnership between Telin with Telin’s Global partners.
He was responsible for managing departmental employees engaged in project management, operations, resources, financial management, and implementation of key performance indicators and quality indicators.
He engaged in reviews of delivery with team leads, and had financial responsibility for the Sales Department, including budgeting, operational, and management reporting. He ensured service levels and quality targets are met, as well as responsibility for dedicated delivery agreements, and risk assessments of service delivery.
As CEO, he directs the entire Company at the highest level and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s business and financial operations.
He is responsible for developing and expanding Telin USA business in the United States, including overseeing the operations of the SEA-US cable system landing site construction in Los Angeles, as well as the development and integration of AP TeleGuam into the Telkom Group.
He plans, directs, coordinating and control of Telin USA, develops short-range and long-range business plans and strategic focus, represents Telin USA in local, regional and national forums, industry meetings, and associations, communicates to the management team the Company’s strategic focus and mission; and maintains an effective and current understanding of the telecommunications industry, including changes and trends.
He provides leadership in the implementation and administration of Company policies.
He also has authority to negotiate and execute agreements on behalf of Telin USA.
MATTHEW S. KUSNOHADI
Appointed as Network/Sales officer of Telin USA based on Telin USA’s SOTCO appointment on February 2017.
Matthew was awarded Bachelor Degree from California State University Fullerton.
Previously served in company of Quality Home Infusion, Kumon, and TKD Masters.
Beside Network and Sales skills, he also had some related courses in Management, Information Systems, Communications, Finance and Accounting.
As Network/Sales Officer, Matthew is responsible for designing network in Telin USA, optimization, security and implementation of the global network and the associated supporting systems. He is involved in development of New Technology in Telin USA such as network implementation plan and managing the platform. He performs Day-to-day network performance monitoring, network trouble shooting and fault analysis. He deploys the maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools.
Matthew also leads the sales prospect, manages adoption of new services while recommending improvements and enhancements to capabilities in the Telin USA to provide support of new business opportunities.
He perfoms Sales Pipe Line of the company, propose the solution to the clients and the customers, then arrange for the contract deal.
Matthew is ensuring all procedures Network and Sales are in place for the company to comply with Lawful U.S. Process in an expeditious, effective, and unimpeded fashion.
Aaron was appointed as sales support on May 2018.
Besides supporting sales, Aaron also supports on marketing and finance of the company.
Aaron currently attends University of California, Irvine, where he is studying Business Administration with an emphasis on finance.
Niken was appointed as sales support on August 2018.
Besides supporting sales, Niken also supports on business development of the company.
Niken previously worked at PT Telkom Indonesia where she was the account manager for wholesale business to the customer and corporate.
